Currently we are looking for a Tehnical Writer 1

The Technical Writer creates and maintains software documentation for company products ensuring that documentation is well written and accurately reflects the behavior of the software.

• Bachelors degree. Preferred major in English or Technical Communication.
• CPE, C2, C1+, or equivalent English proficiency certification for non-native English speakers
• Technical aptitude and writing skills.
• Interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
• Able to take direction and execute tasks in a reasonable timeframe
• Decision making skills
• Oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact

Escalates identified bugs  and usability issues with guidance from leadership., Uses internal systems and procedures to share content across the documentation library and make requests for publishing and republishing of manuals.
