• Are you strong at English? Do you want to learn and work in IT support?
• We are looking for Junior Technical Support Engineer in our Global Service Desk team in Toruń, Poland. We offer also opportunity for hybrid and full remote work.

• be a member of a team which provides technical support and problem-solving abilities for our international external and internal customers
• communicate with our business customers and IT professionals via e-mail, ticketing system and telephone
• identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and formulate resolution plans
• assist in identifying resolution gaps and in evaluating new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk
• escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group or client helpdesk

• fluent English written and spoken (B2 or higher)
• basic IT technical skills
• desire to learn & get experience in IT field
• availability to work in shifts
