About the Job

The Junior Technical Documentation Specialist will play a key role in creating technical documentation for the Franke company. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. Based in Warsaw, the role is part of the Home Solutions Global Central Research and Development Team and reports directly to the Technical Documentation Team Leader.

Your tasks

• Creating technical documentation from the initial brief to the final product distribution
• Analyzing, editing and updating existing manuals and content prepared by product suppliers
• Ensuring the consistent appearance of newly created technical documentation based on the Franke style guide and EU regulations
• Creating images based on technical drawings or 3D models
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (R&D and Product Management)

Requirements

• Fluency in English language (min. B2/C1 level)
• Good understanding of Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Reader)
• Basic knowledge of 3D environment and CMS (Schema ST4)
• Detail‑oriented and eager to learn and improve processes
• Experience in reading and creating technical documentation would be an asset
