Junior Technical Administration Specialist

We’re looking for a member of the R&D Division to support the Technical Administration team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities of the Research and Development team in the EA region.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Einstein system, including adding new users, verifying access rights, and setting up new projects.
• Manage the Change Management tool (ECR), monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance with standards, and distributing ECR to the correct entity.
• Plan and coordinate development projects from the Japanese headquarters using the Job Request system; email users about deadlines, link invoices to the correct project, and implement changes in financial files.
• Continuously develop and improve the product development process.
• Update standards, process descriptions, working documents, and KPI methodology for the R&D department, distributing information via iQuavis.
• Provide support to the Technical Administration team, managing information on automotive regulations and EU vehicle‑related assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business management, with experience in Research and Development or the automotive industry.
• Analytical skills—able to work comfortably with technical data and systems.
• Fluent in English; basic knowledge of Japanese is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
• Valid B driving license in Europe.
• Some travel expected to office locations within the company.
