Role Overview: The Junior Team Leader will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes leading a team of Reporting Analysts to ensure that activities performed align with business needs, promote efficiency, and standardize approaches while focusing on team development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Reporting Analysts to ensure activities align with business needs while promoting efficiency and standardization.
- Manage systems and reporting tools, maintaining a consolidated database to track sales execution in the market.
- Oversee tools for tracking sales (MS Access, Knime, Power BI, Power Apps, Advanced MS Excel).
- Improve, develop, and test new system capabilities.
- Enhance system integration of Sell-Out data with customers.
- Implement new platforms aimed at improving system performance and adapting to market challenges.
- Involve in business development needs and special projects.
- Support in reports planning, delivery, changes, and improvements.
- Assist in side projects from the Business Unit (BU).
- Deliver efficient responses as the first Point of Contact from the escalation path.
- Lead team huddles and manage daily workload.
- People Management Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with Kraków Capability Centre Team members to understand workload, account specifics, and areas for improvement.
- Assist Sales Support Manager in tracking SLA on a weekly basis.
- Support KCC Team members in daily activities and relationship building.
- Identify risks within the Team and KCC – BU workload as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment process as a second-round reviewer for new hires.
- Plan daily work and properly allocate activities for each Team Member.
- Coach, motivate, and mentor team members.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Management, Data Science, Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience with MS Access, Knime, Power BI, Power Apps, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish.
- Able to present content in front of a wider audience.
- Proven experience in leading large multi-cultural teams.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities, equipped with interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with a sense of responsibility for results.
- Able to work in an ambiguous environment and learn from challenging situations.
- Risk management skills, including identifying risks and creating mitigation plans.
