In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a dedicated Salesforce test team from scratch and have a real impact on its shape and development.
To achieve this, we expect you to have solid experience as a Software Tester, Test Lead, and someone who has led a similar team in the past and built its internal testing competencies.
Responsible for designing, verifying, leading and documenting all Test Strategies, Test Cases and Test Scenarios
/ Responsible for day-to-day supervision over the quality and pace of Salesforce Tester(s) work, including coordination and support in estimating test effort
/ CI/CD - Lead by example in the areas of automated unit, integration and acceptance tests to support our continuous integration pipelines
/ Collaborate with Salesforce Architect and Business Analysts to translate requirements into test scenarios
/ Mentor and support junior Salesforce tester(s) on the team. 5 years of professional experience in Software Testing, including Lead Tester / Test Manager role with strong testing skills and deep knowledge of the test standards and best practices
/ Proven track record of participation in successful end-to-end software development projects (Salesforce development projects experience is a huge advantage)
/ Proven experience in building and leading testing teams. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an agile team and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders when required
/ Advanced knowledge of English (min. Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Management (CTAL-TM) or Certified Tester Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA) or similar
/ Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable
/ Employment based on a B2B contract
