Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns and comprehensive financial reports.


• Uphold tax compliance across local, state, and federal levels, navigating regulations with agility.


• Work with our finance team on process improvements, contributing to more efficient workflows.


• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date tax records, ensuring all documentation is in proper order.


• Provide steadfast support during tax audits and with various tax returns, showcasing your expertise.


• Research and interpret tax laws, ensuring Reckitt remains compliant and knowledgeable.

Qualifications

• Experience with tax preparation, filings, and financial reports.


• A solid understanding of tax laws and an innate ability to comply with them.


• Analytical skills paired with strong problem-solving abilities.


• Independence in managing tasks, coupled with a flair for team collaboration.


• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.


• Strong communication skills to interact cross-functionally and support finance team initiatives.
