We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized junior specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, youll play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our tax processes.

THE WORK:

• Collect and validate tax related documentation provided by the clients.
• Contact with other internal departments to resolve client’s queries.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share insights, and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles.
• Consistently meet deadlines by maintaining strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Spanish min. B2).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent attention to accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to new tax regulations and procedures.
• Knowledge of Google applications such as Google Slides and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and experience in a Financial Services outsourcing would be a strong asset.
