Junior / Tax Analyst at ADM

Job Description

• Preparing VAT/Intrastat returns in compliance with legal regulations (within EMEA region)
• Ensuring on‑time and uninterrupted delivery of VAT/Intrastat returns
• Reconciling VAT reports and general ledger VAT accounts
• Cooperating with the VAT department to ensure business controls are executed properly and timely
• Developing ideas for process improvements
• Participation in VAT projects

Qualifications

• Preferably MA/BA in Finance/Accounting/Tax and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of Polish tax and VAT rules and accounting principles
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
• Good MS Excel knowledge
• Ability to think analytically
• Self‑discipline and ability to work with tight timeframes, meeting legal/mandatory tax reporting deadlines and service level expectations
• High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills and ability to organize responsibilities
