Responsibilities
- Advisory Cooperation: Providing support to finance teams on all transfer pricing issues, including supplementary documentation for audits, assisting data collection and explaining TP principles.
- Transaction Verification: Participating in analysis of intra-group transactions to ensure they are carried out on market terms (arms length).
- Timely Execution of Processes: Carrying out TP processes per agreed deadlines, such as ongoing adjustments and operating margin calculations.
- Project Support: Assisting with implementation of TP projects, including integration of companies following acquisitions and preparation of APA applications.
- Ensuring Compliance: Correct interpretation of national transfer pricing regulations and global TP framework.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations and recommending improvements to internal procedures.
- Culture of Continuous Development: Focusing on continuous improvement of TP mechanisms and processes to increase effectiveness.
- Risk Identification: Detecting potential tax risks in the TP area and actively participating in minimising them.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in taxation, preferably with transfer pricing (TP).
- Education: Higher education (or currently studying) in finance, accounting or related field.
- Specialist Knowledge: Knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines and international tax law.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Independence: Proactive, able to plan and prioritise tasks independently.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office.
