Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

YOUR TASKS
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for entry-level and regular positions, which includes contact with candidates, searching via internal database and external sources, job posting, social media actions, and offering candidates.
- Ensure candidate experience and quality of the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding activities to promote our roles.
- Regularly report on recruitment matters and monitor market trends.
- Cooperate with Hiring Managers, HR, and the entire Talent Acquisition & Talent Attraction Team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Fluent in English (at least B2).
- Attention to detail and orientation to quality.
- Proactive with problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity to explore, improve, and learn new things.
- Very good communication skills.
We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills. For this position, we are also open to part-time candidates.
