Snapshot of your day: We are looking for a (Junior) Supply Manager Tools & Equipment to join our global Offshore Execution Equipment Management (EQM) team, to proactively manage purchasing of tools & equipment.
How You Make An Impact
- Actively manage purchasing and ensure timely supply and transport of tools and equipment for projects and offshore vendors.
- Create and follow up on purchase orders to guarantee on-time delivery to global warehouses.
- Monitor delivery status and maintain close communication with external suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Ensure KPI targets are met for assigned products and suppliers while supporting cost‑efficient procurement strategies.
- Identify and implement savings initiatives and ensure compliance with global procurement processes and systems.
- Coordinate return logistics with project teams and monitor equipment returns to maintain delivery performance across the value chain.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, procurement or purchasing.
- Experience in communication with suppliers and strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency with O365, especially Excel; experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferable.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Polish language skills.
