Currently, for one of our clients, an international company in the tobacco industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Junior Supply Chain Specialist with French.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service and Supply Chain process to ensure timely and full execution of orders and settlements
- Act as a liaison between factories, suppliers, customers, markets, and logistics partners in accordance with the companys policy
- Process sales and purchase orders in SAP S/4Hana and control the correctness of parameters
- Organize and prepare transport documentation (order confirmations, proforma invoices, waybills, export invoices)
- Ensure the continuity of supplies and processing of shipments, in cooperation with factories, suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and warehouses
- Collaborate with internal teams (Global Logistics, Finance, Procurement) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, forwarders)
- Participate in global projects related to process optimization and cost reduction
Expectations
- Higher education (bachelors degree) in the field of supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field OR professional experience in logistics/supply chain
- Fluent knowledge of French and English required
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with SAP S/4Hana is a plus
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, proactivity, and team-oriented approach
