Junior StP Accountant with Romanian

For one of our clients, a leading company in the food industry with a strong presence in the EMEA region, we are seeking an experienced StP Accountant with Romanian.
Your key responsibilities:

• Timely processing of accounting documents related to payables, including employee reimbursements.
• Assisting with inquiries from internal and external suppliers.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Managing vendor accounts and reconciling balances.
• Accurately and promptly performing activities related to the closing of accounting periods.
• Identifying opportunities and proposing improvements and standardisations in the P2P process.
• Adhering to accounting principles, group accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
• Supporting effective relationships with process participants, partners, and the team.
• Delivering services in accordance with SLAs and business requirements.
• Actively participating in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents supporting the documentation of the P2P process.

• Minimum of one year of experience in accounting/finance.
• Proficient in English (C1) and good knowledge of Romanian (B2).
• Practical accounting knowledge based on experience.
• Skills in improving accounting processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Openness to change and a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
