Obowiązki

• review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies, 
• engage with business, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information, 
• update client platforms based on verified information, 
• make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge. 

Wymagania

• customer service attitude, 
• fluent German and English language knowledge,
• availability for stationary work Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.,
• good written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, 
• the ability to apply judgment on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere, 
• good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
