Requirements:

• German - B2
• English - B1+/B2

Nice to have:

• Interests in computers / skills in using a computer
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Be the first contact for clients' (employees') assistance
• Resolve problems by applying standard procedures
• Process requests that may involve multiple steps
• Escalate service requests
• Coordination with other departments
• Provide remote administration and troubleshooting
