Job Description
Join us as a (Junior) Specialist in Accounts Receivable with Portuguese (OTC) at Infosys Poland.
The role requires 1-3 years of experience in AR or another finance & accounting domain, experience in customer-facing roles, good communication skills, attitude for problem solving, and teamwork skills. You should also have good knowledge of MS Office package and highly developed self-organization.
Responsibilities
- Telephone contact in Portuguese (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
- Performing cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items
- Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
- Ongoing e-mail communication in Portuguese and English
- Collaborating with other teams and internal clients
