Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global contracts by category.
• Prepare and draft contracts, gathering stakeholder input and using standard templates where possible.
• Maintain the contract repository, track milestones, process amendments, and oversee contract renewals or closeouts.
• Support negotiations by tracking changes, aligning stakeholders, and reviewing counterparty redlines.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in procurement operation and/or contract management
• Proactive, independent approach and the ability to work in international environments
• Resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
• Very good organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Very good English skills (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred
• Familiarity with contract management
