As a Junior Specialist in our Credit & Collections Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will support the delivery of efficient, data-driven, and standardized processes across global credit and collections operations. You will contribute to performance tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cash flow, reduce risk, and improve customer experience. This role is pivotal in standardizing our processes and implementing best-in-class technologies, directly impacting our operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

  • Manage small-to-medium scale CoE projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, charters, and process maps.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively communicating status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance) to ensure project alignment and successful execution.


Process Automation & Improvement

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and document opportunities where Microsoft Power Platform can improve processes. Support the teams automation initiatives by assisting in the testing and maintenance of existing workflows in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within credit and collections operations.
  • Document new processes and create clear, concise user guides and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze existing workflows to find bottlenecks and recommend technology-based or process-based solutions.


Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Assist in development and management of performance dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to track key credit and collections metrics.
  • Analyze collections data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the creation of ad-hoc reports and data models to support business needs.


Stakeholder Collaboration & Knowledge Management

  • Assist with the maintenance and update of process documentation, SOPs, and training materials related to credit & collections practices.
  • Maintain and enhance the CoE’s central knowledge repository (OneDrive, SharePoint), ensuring best practices and training materials are accessible.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and workshops on new tools and processes.
  • Assist with audit requests, compliance reviews, and credit assessments as required


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a project coordination, process improvement, finance operations, or business analyst role (strong, relevant internships will be considered).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A strong interest in using technology for process automation and data visualization. Prior exposure to tools like Microsoft Power Automate or Power BI is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and content management.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred (Bonus Skills):

  • Any prior exposure to or interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or data transformation tools would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment, particularly within finance, credit, order to cash.
