Junior Specialist – Credit & Collections – Centre of Excellence

Join as a Junior Specialist in the Credit & Collections Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Revvity, located in Krakow. The CoE is a team of 11,000+ professionals dedicated to advancing global science and healthcare.

As a Junior Specialist, you will support the delivery of efficient, data‑driven, and standardized processes across global credit and collections operations. You will contribute to performance tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cash flow, reduce risk, and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage small‑to‑medium scale CoE projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on‑time delivery and scope adherence.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, charters, and process maps.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively communicating status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance) to align project execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and document opportunities for process automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Support the testing and maintenance of existing Power Platform workflows.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within credit and collections operations.
  • Document new processes and create clear user guides and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze existing workflows to find bottlenecks and recommend technology or process solutions.
  • Assist in developing and managing performance dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Analyze collections data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the creation of ad‑hoc reports and data models to meet business needs.
  • Maintain and enhance the CoE’s central knowledge repository (OneDrive, SharePoint), ensuring best practices and training materials are accessible.
  • Assist with audit requests, compliance reviews, and credit assessments as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, process improvement, finance operations, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interest in process automation and data visualization; prior exposure to Power Automate or Power BI is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and content management.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

  • Prior exposure to or interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or data transformation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, PRINCE2).
  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment, particularly within finance, credit, or order‑to‑cash.
