Our Data Communication Networks team focuses on providing Layer 1 (physical), Layer 2 (data-link), and Layer 3 (network) management access capabilities for both the current as well as the next generation Adtran equipment. The primary responsibility of the Junior Software Engineer working in this group will be to design, develop, and maintain software according to technical specifications, high-level requirements, and/or published standards.
responsibilities :
Assist in the systems’ design activities
Design, implement, and debug C++ applications
Refactor and redesign existing software components
Perform Unit Tests of software modules
Perform Integration Tests of software modules
requirements-expected :
Practical experience in the use of Linux as a development environment (development, debugging)
Good knowledge of C++
Familiar with Ethernet, IP, TCP, and UDP protocols
