JUNIOR Software Developer C++/C#



Location: Cracow

Work Type: Hybrid



Company Overview: For our Client, one of the biggest companies that has been designing, producing, selling, and maintaining a range of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER C++ / C#

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Works with Product Management to understand the challenges that customers and end users face in their day-to-day work and partners with them to design viable solutions.
2. Recommends viable solutions to processes, technology, and interfaces that improve the effectiveness of the team and reduce technical debt.
3. Foresees capacity requirements for component usage and identifies limitations.
4. Provides input into story sizing, backlog refinement, and release planning.
5. Contributes to product and solution designs to address critical issues and complex problems.
6. Builds software applications across multiple platforms in response to the needs of stakeholders.
7. Understands technical architecture and writes software and automated tests that are aligned with agreed-upon standards.
8. Performs troubleshooting efforts and investigations when necessary.
9. Provides ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products.
10. Actively works with less experienced software engineers providing technical guidance and oversight.
11. Actively participates in the engineering community, staying up to date on new software technologies and best practices and shares insights with others in the organization.

Qualifications:

1. C++ language and C# language junior level (very good theoretical knowledge, understanding of concepts, junior practical knowledge).
2. Practical knowledge regarding using Visual Studio 2019+.
3. Fluent in using GitHub.
4. Sufficient English communication level (speaking, reading, writing).
