We are an assembly partner, providing services internationally to Paper Industry. Our work is international and project - based, which means, you will be mostly working abroad in EU, on clients' sites. Our rotations typically are 4:1.

We are currently looking for a Junior Site Manager, who has the ability to analyse situations technically, make decisions, or propose and agree on decisions from a technical point of view. The ability to plan work is a priority.

Our requirements:

Experience:

• Gradudate with some expierience in mechanical equipment installation or Foreman with ambition to develop further
• Experience in paper industry will be an advantage 

Education:

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or similar
• Reliable communicative English - general and industry specific
• Polish, German or Ukrainian will be an advantage 
• Driving license (B)

Skills & Special: 

• Ability to use optical alignment tools
• Knowledge of steel structures and machines alignment 
• Good skills with reading drawings and technical standards

• Stress resistance and working well under pressure
• Reliability to consistently provide solutions and solve daily situations
• Great communicator as a team player and oriented on achieving result
• Presentable: with some dedicated customers where he will work with the team of qualified installation engineers
• Ability to travel and stay abroad for min 4-6 weeks (EU)
