Junior ServiceNow Developer - this role is a part of the global structure of EY as a Global Elite partner of ServiceNow. Involving different roles and stakeholders, we provide our customers with the best consultancy and solutions.

The opportunity

ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As Junior ServiceNow Developer, you would be a part of project teams involved in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of NowPlatform, allowing you to develop your technical and business skills in a global environment. As a Global Elite ServiceNow partner, EY works with all types of modules of the platform, heavily using their features and developing custom solutions not yet built by others.

Your key responsibilities

As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with developing and implementing intricate business processes. This also involves the configuration and maintenance of NowPlatform and analysis of business requirements at all stages of development.

Skills and attributes for success

To excel in this role, you must possess an understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization, or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:

• Knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation, or maintenance
• Experience in project activities as a Developer

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 1 year of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM (any additional module will be a plus)
• Showcased knowledge of Best Practices in Software Development
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English and German

Ideally, you’ll also have

• A Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a technical field or economic field
