Project scope:

• Participate in implementation projects and design solutions based on customer requirements
• Deliver comprehensive solutions for ServiceNow product implementations
• Develop business functions on the ServiceNow platform and recommend enhancements
• Manage and resolve incidents, investigate recurring issues, and ensure system stability
• Test and deploy updates, ensuring seamless functionality
• Monitor and maintain ServiceNow APIs and catalog items
• Keep documentation updated and review custom scripts for optimization and best practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ServiceNow administration
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• Fluent in French (B2/C1 level)
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow products, including ITSM, Discovery, and CMDB

Nice to have:

• English
• Knowledge of ITIL / experience of working with ITIL processes
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certificate
