• Develop business functions on the ServiceNow platform and recommend enhancements
• Manage and resolve incidents, investigate recurring issues, and ensure system stability
• Test and deploy updates, ensuring seamless functionality
• Monitor and maintain ServiceNow APIs and catalog items
• Keep documentation updated and review custom scripts for optimization and best practices

• Experience in administering ServiceNow
• Practical knowledge of JavaScript
• Fluent in French (B2/C1 level)
• Proven experience with ServiceNow upgrades
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow products, including ITSM, Discovery, and CMDB
