Junior Search Engine Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a team player who is motivated and enthusiastic about all things digital. The SEM Operations Specialist will work closely with SEM team members located in Ireland, the US, and Poland, as well as other departments to ensure flawless campaign execution in a timely manner. This position requires attention to detail, passion for operational excellence, and the ability to multitask while working to tight deadlines.

You’ll spend time on the following:

1. Add/block keywords, add extensions, optimize/update copy and creatives
2. Monitor daily performance
3. Participate and/or own the denylisting process globally
4. Run manual Google Ads campaigns to provide the best customer experience
5. Help the SEM team in daily operations and weekly/monthly reporting
6. Keep track of the latest Google trends, solutions, and products
7. Obtain Google Search Ads and Google Shopping Ads certifications
8. Other duties as assigned

We’re excited about you if you have:

1. Great interest in Paid Marketing and SEM
2. Familiarity with Google Ads interface
3. +1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferably in paid channels)
4. Oral and written language skills in English (a must)
5. Understanding of digital serving concepts (PPC, ROI) and bid management
6. Fast-learning approach
7. Strong analytical approach - ability to draw insights from data from different channels
8. Proficient technical skills in MS Office and G Suite, especially in Excel (Pivot tables)
9. Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
10. Excellent organizational skills
11. Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
13. (Not required, but considered to be an asset) Degree (or the equivalent) in a related field (Marketing/Business/Communication)
14. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing will be an asset
