• We are looking for an ambitious Junior SAP Consultant with prior experience to join our SAP Consulting Department. In this role, you will focus on client support, consulting services, and solutions within the SAP Transportation Management (TM) module. Ideal candidates have a solid SAP foundation, a proactive approach to learning, be self-driven, and a strong interest in deepening their knowledge of SAP TM and logistics processes.

• Collaborate with clients across various industries to provide consulting services in SAP logistics, specializing in S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
• Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP projects, particularly in logistics, within Poland and across the EU
• Apply your understanding of the full implementation lifecycle of SAP modules, ideally SAP TM, or alternatively modules like SD, GTS or EWM
• Contribute to project meetings, share insights, and provide support to ensure the smooth execution of deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and addressing their needs effectively
• Continuously expand your SAP TM knowledge, with a particular emphasis on independent learning and staying updated on industry trends
• The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve travel to client sites or participation in important industry events, accounting for approximately up to 30% of your time

• Must have prior experience working on SAP projects in a consulting role or as an SAP super user, with a focus on SAP TM
• Strong modular knowledge of SAP TM and a keen interest in the topic
• Familiarity with the full implementation cycle of SAP modules, ideally in SAP TM, or experience in related modules like SD or EWM
• Experience working with diverse clients and understanding their varying needs and requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• A consulting mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Fluency in both Polish and English (B2/C1 level) - MUST HAVE
• Active driving license for passenger cars – MUST HAVE
