Junior SAP MDG Consultant (German-speaking) Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Technologies we use Expected SAP Your responsibilities Support of the application management service (AMS) organization for incident management and processing of service/change requests arising from the customers Support of Master Data work packages Coordination of Master Data activities in Rollouts and Migrations Configuration and customizing of the SAP MDG system Coordination and execution of tests Continuous knowledge transfer towards AMS organization regarding new enhancements Support application maintenance for MDG level 2/3 Potential support involvement in other SAP modules (like SD) Evaluate Incidents tickets, Service Orders, analyze errors and root causes, execute bug fixing, stabilize system Support Business Tests Maintaining documentation - knowledge base Ensuring compliance with internal processes, audit support Our requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related​​ Fluent written and spoken English & German ​ First knowledge of SAP MDG; additional knowledge of SAP modules will be an asset​ (especially SD)​ SAP ERP know-how of the use of master data in business processes Basic knowledge of interface technology ALE and ESR(SoA) for specification, monitoring and error analysis (for master data distribution) Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills​​ Strong service thinking skills and service orientation​​ Flexibility and good interpersonal skills​​ Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details Are you looking for a challenging, independent job and the opportunity to make a difference?
