Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers in your portfolio.
• Consult clients on advertising and digital marketing solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze client needs and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Support clients in implementing marketing strategies and optimizing their accounts.
• Work towards individual and team goals in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak (B2+/C1) and English (B2+).
• Previous experience or strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital tools.
• Living in or ready to relocate to Kraków area.
