Role overview

The role of a Junior Specialist is to support a variety of client‑front commercial and finance processes depending on the needs from Western European Markets. This way you will have a chance to get to know the full business path from becoming our customer, through the contractual deals, we set up to an order and settlement after a delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and maintain customer master data records.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
• Draft and amend commercial contracts.
• Create and maintain rebate agreements.
• Assist with pricing maintenance activities.
• Perform order management tasks.
• Handle additional tasks as requested.

What we’re looking for

• Good command of written and spoken English (min. B2).
• Knowledge of Office365 environment.
• Experience in using MS Excel.
• Experience of working with SAP would be an asset.
• Demonstrates analytical mindset.
• Is meticulous and diligent.
