Responsibilities

• Support in recruitment: conduct interviews with IT specialists, search the candidate database for IT profiles, conduct active recruitment activities on LinkedIn.
• Support in analyzing inquiries and creating offers for the departments clients.
• Administrative assistance in sales activities.
• Work closely with the team of IT consultants and developers, Recruitment, HR and Administration departments.
• Support the sales team in daily tasks, organizing and participating in internal and external meetings.
• Contact candidates and employees via email and telephone, later also with clients.

Qualifications

• Higher education or student status.
• Willingness to gain experience and further development in IT services sales.
• Openness to new challenges, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Responsibility and accuracy in tasks performed.
• Team spirit and willingness to work in a dynamic, diverse team.
• Developed communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
• Residence in Poland required; fluency in Polish.
