We are a quickly expanding IT company providing unique services for the aviation industry.

For our growing sales team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist . Who will be an ideal person to join the team?

• Fluent English both written and spoken – we only work in English, our customers are English-speaking and all our documents are in English, too;
• Work experience from company’s back office or legal support – you will be working a lot with documents and internal records, helping us to keep on top of things;
• Fine eye for details – when working with our documents, it is essential to consult several internal databases and maybe ask people for extra information. Details are key;
• Office computer skills – nothing fancy, just Office, JIRA and Slack, mostly (CRM underway);
• Interest in sales – though the role is now supporting sales, in the future we will expect gradually increasing involvement in sales activities;

Good to have:

• CRM experience
• Quick learner
• Patient and engaged
• Interested in aviation

We work in a hybrid mode, typically 1 – 2 days in Warsaw office per week.
