Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales department in partner‑related initiatives such as preparing offers, marketing activities, data analysis.
• Manage platforms and tools used for sales processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely execution of processes.
• Analyze offer and order data to support decision‑making.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and standards.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Languages
  • Fluent Polish (C1+)
  • English at least B2+ level (for communication with vendors and partners).
• Tools
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Teams.
  • Basic experience with CRM systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical mindset for reviewing offers and orders.
  • Commitment to compliance and ethical work standards.
• Work Model
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Warsaw office.
