• Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships
  • o Regularly engaging with existing customers to sustain and develop long-term relationships.
  • o Responding promptly and effectively to customer needs and inquiries.
• Product/Service Presentation
  • o Conducting presentations and demonstrations of products/services to customers.
  • o Advising and assisting customers in selecting the right products/services to meet their needs.
• Achieving Sales Targets
  • o Meeting established sales targets and reporting results to supervisors.
  • o Monitoring the market and competitors to identify sales opportunities.
• Negotiating and Closing Deals
  • o Leading negotiations on sales terms and conditions.
  • o Preparing sales proposals and finalizing agreements with customers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Adaptable and open to feedback
• The role may require frequent travel to meet with customers
• Work may be performed in an office
