Currently, we are looking for an ambitious and charismatic person who wants to gain experience and start a new career path as a Junior Sales Support Specialist within our organization.

You don’t need to have experience in Sales – we are open to people who have experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or customer support professional backgrounds and want to try themselves in this field!

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales team to identify and unlock new opportunities for the Polish market.
• Assist in building new client relationships locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to help deliver exceptional results for our clients.
• Support in understanding client needs, particularly in permanent recruitment, IT contracting, and executive search.
• Represent the organization at conferences and on social media, helping to amplify our presence and impact.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in interacting with clients (whether by phone or in person).
• Fluent English and Polish language skills (both written and spoken).
• Completed or currently finishing a graduate BA, BS, or MS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related area.
• Strong teamwork, communication, influencing, and organization skills; self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and a problem-solving approach.
