JUNIOR SALES SPECIALIST
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Actively develop the US market by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and expanding the customer base.
- Drive business growth through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building with new contacts.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build strong knowledge of the company’s offerings, technology, and products to effectively communicate value to US clients.
- Educate prospects and customers on terminology, features, and benefits of products and services to drive engagement and conversion.
- Participate in business trips to support sales activities, meetings, and business development initiatives.
Skills
- Fluent English (full working proficiency, both written and spoken).
- Strong focus on business development and new customer acquisition, particularly in international markets.
- Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead‑generating environments.
- Background or experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while embracing a team‑oriented culture.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to travel.
