The Job

As a Junior Sales Specialist your job is to reach out to potential customers via phone and email. You will be provided with a list of already interested customers who visited the clients website.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Take part in internal product meetings in German and English
• Build relations starting from sales experts to directors, CFOs, IT specialists, or CEOs and learn from each other
• Create new opportunities for the sales team to follow up on
• Check if marketing leads meet certain criteria before passing them to sales reps
• Meet monthly goals, such as converting leads to sales opportunities, generating leads, and setting up meetings
• Participate in call-out days and events
• Stay updated on product releases, marketing updates, sales methods, and customer buying behaviors

The Profile

• You speak and write German fluently (minimum C1) and you are fluent in English (B2)
• Experience in doing outbound calls is a plus, but not a must
• Ability to call IT directors/managers (C-level)
• You have a basic understanding of CRM systems and computer handling
• Youre a fast learner with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
