Fenige is a dynamically developing Polish fintech that implements payment technologies for merchants and money transfer systems within Mastercard and VISA payment organizations. Being a principal acquiring member, it offers acquiring (e-commerce), card-to-card transfers and card withdrawals.

Junior Sales Specialist - Cross-border payments



Your responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cross-border payments sector;
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Create and execute sales strategies to reach revenue goals and increase market share;
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives;
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals;
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Our requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in sales/business support/project management in cross-border payments;
  • Proficiency in English and Polish, Russian and Ukrainian will be considered an advantage;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms;
  • Highly motivated, target-driven individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events;
  • Strong understanding of cross-border money transfer processes.
