Nasze oczekiwania:
- znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1
- wykształcenie wyższe (lub w trakcie nauki)
- znajomość programów Excel i Power Point na poziomie średnio zaawansowane
- umiejętność szybkich reakcji na nagle sytuacje
- wcześniejsze doświadczenie w branży mediów mile widziane
- posiadanie prawa jazdy kat. B będzie odbierane jako dodatkowy atut
Zakres obowiązków:
- Obsługa stałych i pozyskiwanie nowych klientów regionalnych.
- Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientami bezpośrednimi i domami mediowymi/agencjami
- Koordynowanie przepływu dokumentów (m.in. umów i zleceń).
- Koordynowanie terminowego podpisywania zleceń.
- Analiza dostępności form reklamowych w kanałach Grupy TVN.
- Wsparcie procesu współpracy z działami Biura Reklamy (m.in. uzgodnienia ofertowe).
- Udział w spotkaniach ogólnodziałowych i raportowanie do Zespołu.
- Dokonywanie rezerwacji zapytań ofertowych w systemach oraz zakładanie zleceń.
- Wprowadzanie danych dotyczących bieżących kontaktów z klientami do systemu CRM.

Our expectations:
- English language knowledge at B1 level
- University degree (or in the course of study)
- minimum medium level knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- the ability to react quickly to sudden situations
- previous experience in the media industry would be an advantage
- possession of driving licence category B will be perceived as an additional asset
Responsibilities:
- Servicing regular and acquiring new regional clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and media houses/agencies
- Coordinating the flow of documents (including contracts and orders).
- Coordinating the timely signing of orders.
- Analyse the availability of advertising formats on TVN Group channels.
- Supporting the process of cooperation with the departments of the Advertising Bureau (e.g. bid arrangements).
- Participating in department-wide meetings and reporting to the Team.
- Booking enquiries into systems and setting up orders.
- Entering data on current customer contacts into the CRM system.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
