Opis stanowiska pracy

For our client, an American multinational technology company, we are looking for a Junior Sales Specialist dedicated to the education area.

ROLE:

• Daily work with chosen Universities (mainly via phone/email) to generate opportunities
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are accurately recorded and tracked
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports
• Monitor the progress of sales opportunities and provide regular updates to the sales team
• Verify the status of tenders with partners and customers
• Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted on time
• Liaise with partners and customers to resolve any issues related to tenders
• Assist in the planning and organization of events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events
• Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and registration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales support or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English: fluent written & spoken
