Known for its strong partnerships with top-tier brands, it focuses on delivering cutting-edge technologies, exceptional logistics, and customer service to support innovation from prototype to production across industries worldwide.


  • 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service – can be from diƯerent sectors, e.g. logistics, 
    hospitality.
  • Advanced verbal and written English and Polish Languages skills
  • Experienced with Excel (MS OƯice) and other ERP programs would be advantageous.
  • Interest and enthusiasm about customer contact via email, chat, etc.
  • Not afraid to speak with customers on phone (10-20 phone calls per day)
  • Logical thinking when it comes to unexpected situations. Procedures are guidelines – looking 
    for candidates who will think for themselves, look at ways to optimise and think outside box.
  • Pro-activity, open-mindedness.
