-Organizes and attends customer meetings

CRM Management:
-Records calls, meetings, and prospect data
-Maintains accurate and up-to-date records
Sales Strategy:
-Contributes to customer approach strategy
-Prepares offers and presentations
-Analyzes competition and decision-making units
-Plans next steps for customer engagement
Relationship Building:
-Builds and maintains relationships with prospects
-Participates in internal/external meetings
Reporting & Forecasting:
-Weekly sales forecasts
-Monthly management presentations (results, objectives, issues, recommendations)
Sales Tools:
-Ensures proper use of CRM and sales applications
-Trains on sales process adherence

-Strong analytical and organizational skills
-Goal-oriented and proactive mindset
-Interest in data collection and synthesis
-Understanding of fundamental sales methodologies (e.g., pipeline management)
-Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication (written and verbal)
-Familiar with data analysis and reporting
-Handles sensitive information professionally
-Hardworking, persistent, dependable
-Positive, creative, and problem-solving attitude
-Fluent in English
-Sales or market research experience is a plus
