Manage the customers under own's responsibility, aligned with BA's budget, objectives and strategy for the region, following the applicable legislation and BA's internal procedures, in order to achieve the results in terms of sales in volume and turnover and the development of business opportunities.
Implement the strategy and commercial policy of BA in the customers under own's responsibility.
Nurture the commercial relation with the customers, negotiating and monitoring volume and value objectives.
Prepare and follow up the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and activity plans, proposing and implementing corrective actions whenever needed.
Detect opportunities to develop new product models in align with BA's objectives.
Prospect new local clients that fit the commercial strategy in the region, increase BA' market share and profitability.
Ensure and fulfill all sales & marketing actions that were defined in the budget which are related with other departments guaranteeing always the most adequate communication with the client.
Support pre-sales, after-sales, customer service and marketing activities.
Follow up the market's dynamics.
Grant the information flow into and from the company regarding sales procedures, claims treatment and receivables.
Participate in BA's meetings and other activities to follow and report the activities.

Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) – mandatory

Availability to travel on a weekly basis

Previous experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools would be a plus
