Junior Sales and Business Operations Regional Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Create and administrate sales documents (sales orders and contracts) within company systems
• Maintain and control data in the systems with high quality
• Issue invoices to internal and end customers
• Make recommendations to streamline or improve processes
• Follow up to ensure processes are executed appropriately, modified if necessary and evaluated for effectiveness
• Communication and coordination with Diebold Nixdorf entities and suppliers
• Work collaboratively with team members and colleagues, delivering on assigned tasks and projects

Our requirements

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English (at least B2 level)
• High school degree and ideally university degree
• 0-1 year or more years of experience
• Sound knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
• Flexibility, accuracy and enjoying working in a team
• Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
• Experience with administrative tasks in an industrial or IT company
