About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior RTM Analyst to join our Route-to-Market team. In this role, you will support the organization by transforming data into actionable insights that improve sales performance, strengthen distributor relationships, and optimize operational processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands commercial dynamics, and wants to grow within a sales‑focused analytical environment.Remote work is available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market data to identify challenges related to sales performance, product portfolio, and supply chain efficiency.
Identify new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Review and interpret sales dashboards, providing recommendations to enhance reporting and support the sales team.
Support process optimization initiatives across the organization.
Monitor trends, margins, and discount structures for distributors.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools related to sales, analytics, and distribution.
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into clear business insights.
Basic understanding of sales processes, distribution models, or supply chain concepts (a plus).
Familiarity with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup.
