Job Description:

Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager based out of our Warsaw, Poland office.

Fitch Solutions is building a new sales team based out of Poland. We are hiring talented Account Managers responsible for leading the retention and growth efforts for a defined set of accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team in a new country office which will be critical to the success of the overall business.

We’ll Count on You To:

  1. Retain and grow revenue for assigned accounts overachieving on sales targets
  2. Work collaboratively with the global sales team to successfully onboard new customers
  3. Build strong relationships and gather intelligence that will increase retention and uncover new revenue opportunities
  4. Maintain high levels of activity and regular customer engagement throughout the subscription via online meetings/emails
  5. Give product demonstrations and conduct presentations tailoring the value proposition to the customer’s needs
  6. Record all customer activities in internal systems, including Salesforce

What You Need to Have:

  1. Prior experience in an Account Management/Relationship Management role
  2. Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
  3. Excellent relationship building, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English
  5. Resourceful, action-oriented, collaborative
  6. Proficient in MS Office

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  1. Prior experience selling research/data
  2. Ability to understand and interpret market trends
  3. Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese would be a plus
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools
