Our solution is used on dozens of Polish construction sites, by the largest general contractors, surveying companies and drone companies in our country. Now we are looking for an exceptional person to help us introduce our software to new audiences, increase and scale our sales to Poland and international markets.

Job offer: Junior SaaS Sales Specialist (SDR - Sales Development Representative).

Your responsibilities:

• Actively seek new customers and manage leads.
• Initiate contacts with potential customers through various channels, especially the telephone.
• Conduct initial interviews and make appointments for the sales team.
• Bring fresh ideas for sales development by participating in testing.
• Work with the marketing department to identify best sales practices.

What do we expect?

• Minimum of one year experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS sales
• Ability to manage leads and communicate effectively.
• Creativity and ability to break through barriers to sales.
• Familiarity with various sales tools - phone is your main tool, CRM, Linkedin, Cognism, etc.
• Positive attitude, determination and desire to grow.
• Knowledge of the construction, surveying or drone industry is welcome
