Job Overview

This position will report to the S2P Team Leader and be a member of S2P teams focused on various activities including: vendor and internal invoice status query management (both email and phone), S2P account reconciliation, T&E audit (Concur), and T&E related queries from TE employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as key point of contact for managing suppliers and internal stakeholders’ inquiries
2. Manage Travel & Expense processes, including audit of employee expenses and credit card maintenance
3. Reconcile B/S accounts and monitor/report the status of accounts
4. Prepare and maintain S2P related process documentation
5. Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets, as well as with TE Policies
6. Effectively collaborate with FSC India to secure E2E processes
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function
8. Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures, and processes

Requirements:

1. Accounting background
2. Prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment (nice to have)
3. Strong written and oral communication skills
4. Very good command of English
5. Command of other European languages (an asset)
6. Experience with ERPs (a plus)
7. Understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and associated technology platforms (an asset)
8. Experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries/business units (an asset)
9. Good organizational and analytical skills
