We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior RTR to support the financial reporting and record-keeping processes. As a Junior RTR, you will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
• Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Practical experience or internships in Accounting
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
